This regeneration housing project will deliver the design and build of 43 two storey new build residential units for Atrium Homes.
The regeneration will ensure that this affordable housing project will integrate with the surrounding existing housing and improve the streetscape in terms of both architectural quality and detail. The mix of housing types will provide variety, both in terms of buildings and materials, which will be low maintenance in order to ensure their longevity.
This Design & Build project will comprise of the construction of 86 new build residential units in a mixture of one and two storey construction. The proposed development will consist of a mixture of cottage flats, houses and amenity bungalows designed in accordance with Housing for Varying Needs.
