As a family-owned business with 80 years’ history in Scottish social housing, fair treatment of our people has always mattered to us. Becoming an accredited Living Wage employer was a natural next step, a formal commitment to making sure everyone who works for us, directly or through our supply chain, is paid a wage that reflects the real cost of living, not just the government minimum.
Being shortlisted so soon after accreditation is a real vote of confidence in that commitment. It’s recognition not just of a policy decision, but of the culture behind it, one where our people are valued and supported, whatever their role.
