It was a difficult site to manage with the tenants who would finally occupy the new houses living on the perimeter of the site. The site staff were exemplary in building relationships with the tenants. McTaggart offered a transparent and collaborative approach throughout the project. We have already instructed McTaggart to deliver our phase 2 – this is the best testimony.
