McTaggart Construction is proud to have signed the IRES 2027+ Pledge, backing the next phase of the Integrated Regional Employability & Skills programme, part of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal.
The programme’s ambitions are significant: 65,000 skills improvements, 30,000 job outcomes and 10,000 career progressions across the Lothians and Scottish Borders. It brings employers, colleges and training providers together to build clear routes into good, well-paid jobs.
By signing, we’re committing to play our part – supporting employability partnerships, creating real job opportunities and helping people build lasting careers in construction, as our order book across the Lothians and Borders continues to grow.
