The safety of our people comes first, always. Across every McTaggart Construction site, we operate a rigorous health and safety management system supported by a culture where every team member takes personal ownership of their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around them.
We invest consistently in training and development, maintain open channels for near-miss reporting, and hold ourselves to the highest industry standards. Safety isn't a procedure at McTaggart Construction, it's a shared value, from our Managing Director to our newest apprentice. Our approach is backed by a strong portfolio of industry accreditations, and we pursue continuous improvement in our performance year on year.
