Our dedicated Customer Care team is here for our clients and their residents long after the keys have been handed over. We respond quickly, communicate openly, and take responsibility.
We understand that for the families moving into a McTaggart Construction home, the quality of what happens after completion matters every bit as much as the quality of the build itself. Our aftercare service is designed to give our clients and their tenants complete peace of mind with clear processes, a named point of contact, and a team that genuinely cares about getting things right. We track our aftercare performance carefully, share it transparently, and use it to keep improving. It's one of the ways we make sure our relationships with clients are built to last.
